Organic Flow

Linking the mind and body to the rhythm of the breath you will be lead through a flowing, continuous “vinyasa” sequence of postures that builds stamina yet is meditative and relaxing. Regular attendance is essential.

The teacher for this class is Rebecca Richards who has been teaching extensively in Adelaide for 10 years and is the director of the Yoga Spirt Studios which she opened in 2002.
